Absolutely. Your Basic listing is free to start — no credit card needed. When you're ready to unlock reviews, your verified badge, and more, you can upgrade to Standard or Premium at any time from your dashboard.
A verified badge means your credentials have been confirmed by the Represented Care team using your NPI (National Provider Identifier) and state licensing records. This signals to patients that you are a licensed, practicing professional. Verification is included with Standard and Premium plans.
Yes. During our launch phase, some provider profiles are seeded from publicly available records to help build the directory. If you find a listing that belongs to you, you can claim it, update the information, or have it removed entirely. Contact us at connect@representedcare.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
No. The booking link on Standard plans connects to whatever scheduling system you already use — your own website, a third-party booking tool, Calendly, or a direct phone line. Premium scheduling integration goes a step further by embedding your availability directly into your Represented Care profile.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Standard or Premium subscription at any time. If you cancel, your profile reverts to a Basic listing — your information stays in the directory, just without the paid features.
Yes. Represented Care welcomes all licensed and credentialed Black healthcare professionals — therapists, licensed counselors, social workers, dietitians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, chiropractors, doulas, and more. If you provide care and hold appropriate credentials, there is a place for you on this platform.
Patient reviews are available on Standard and Premium plans. All reviews go through a moderation process before being published. If a review appears inaccurate or violates platform guidelines, you can flag it for our team to review.
